A step-by-step guide to help you easily withdraw your funds.

For Custodial Account (Email Account Users)

If you have a custodial account with us, you can easily withdraw your funds in USDT (Tether) by clicking on the "wallet" icon on main page, then "withdraw" and selecting one of these two options

1) Withdrawal in USDT:

To initiate the withdrawal of your USDT, please choose one of the following three networks: Binance Smart Chain (BSC) Ethereum (ETH) TRON (TRX) Then, input the wallet address where you wish to transfer the funds, select the desired amount, and click on 'Withdrawal' to proceed.

2) Withdrawal in Fiat Money:

In addition to USDT, you can also withdraw your funds in fiat currency using AstroPay. This method converts your digital assets into the equivalent fiat money, which can then be transferred as per your convenience.

For Non-Custodial Account Holders (MetaMask or Wallet Connect Users)

Withdrawal to Your Wallet: If you are using a non-custodial account through MetaMask or Wallet Connect, you can withdraw your funds directly to your wallet. The available networks for this process are:
